Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, capital markets, investment research, or investor relations
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished, professional presentations
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic investor outreach initiatives across multiple asset classes, contributing to both SF and CFG-related activities
  • Manage and analyze investor data and activity using Excel, Bloomberg, Green Street, other third party platforms and internal dashboards to identify engagement opportunities and inform outreach strategies
  • Maintain and enhance the team’s Salesforce records, ensuring timely tagging, updates, and accuracy of investor interactions and notes
  • Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, trip books, and recap reports for investor meetings, conferences, and outreach events
  • Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly investor summaries, highlighting key trends, engagement metrics, and cross-team activity
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Investor Relations, Business Development, and analytical teams to coordinate data requests, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Help refine and improve data processes and reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency
