They must have a proven track record of partnering with People/HR teams on organizational messaging and the rollout of employee programs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and execute end-to-end, demonstrating comfort in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of internal communications that bring clarity, energy, and purpose to every message, including org updates and new initiatives. You will create and distribute engaging content such as videos, decks, and Slack posts, partnering with the Krakenite Experience (KX) team and business leaders to drive internal understanding and adoption of key people programs and change initiatives. Additionally, you will champion the company’s voice and values internally, optimize feedback loops to measure comms effectiveness, and take on additional projects to grow the impact of the internal communications function, operating with urgency and a bias for action during West Coast US hours.
