- Currently enrolled on a university honours or master’s degree course with a “placement year in industry” (or similar)
- Not graduating in 2026 and seeking a permanent graduate position
- Studying for a Computer Science based degree (or similar), or studying other disciplines with a strong interest and proven ability in software development
- Eager to join a small intake of high-calibre students, learn, innovate, and have fun in a start-up spirited organization
Responsibilities
- Join an agile team and work on code delivered into production systems
- Gain hands-on experience in the development, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality professional software
- Use agile software development practices and become proficient as a developer
- Work with technologies such as Java & JavaScript (front-end and backend), AWS, Docker & Kubernetes, HTML/CSS, React & REST, Oracle, MongoDB, Maven, Jenkins (pipelines), Terraform (exact tech depends on the team)
- Receive support, mentoring, and on-the-job training from a senior software engineer (buddy system)
