Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
Internship student in the cooperative education program (CWIE) with an internship period of at least 4-6 months
Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
Knowledge in Statistical Analysis
Skills in Project Management
Basic knowledge or interest in cleanroom operations, contamination control, or product cleanliness standards
Good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)

Responsibilities

Work on project-based assignments focusing on contamination improvement in production processes and products
Conduct investigations to identify contamination sources and determine root causes
Develop and implement actions for contamination control or elimination throughout the manufacturing process
Evaluate and improve contamination removal methods to ensure process effectiveness and consistency
Establish or enhance protection measures to prevent contamination during assembly, handling, or testing
Collaborate closely with process engineers, quality engineers, and production teams to demonstrate and validate improvements
Track, analyze, and report project results, including contamination metrics and process performance improvements
