Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence
At least 2 years of experience delivering technology integration projects based on AI
Fluency in English (proficiency in Dutch would be a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to an audience
Team spirit, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
A strong interest in cutting-edge technologies and user experience
Willingness to acquire deep technical expertise and apply it to clients’ business activities
Openness to international mobility; previous international experience is a plus
Creativity and the ability to propose and lead the delivery of new ideas
Hands-on knowledge, experience, and expertise in Machine/Deep Learning (machine learning algorithms and platforms, neural networks, generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), custom models, etc.)
Hands-on knowledge, experience, and expertise in Language (Natural Language Processing)

Responsibilities

Solve complex business problems using advanced machine learning methods such as deep learning and quantitative analysis
Understand business requirements and contribute to the development of practical use cases
Conduct exploratory analyses to identify new and innovative opportunities
Define approaches to integrate and scale machine learning models
Implement pipelines and models using PyTorch / Python, Node.js
Create reusable assets and solutions and develop best practices for current and future business challenges
Advise on complex analytics and advanced machine learning techniques
Communicate effectively and provide guidance to client teams and leadership
Leverage Data Science expertise to identify and explore new project opportunities
Internally, contribute to the development of NLP and Computer Vision solutions — from prototyping new features and technologies to integrating them into global products and offerings
For clients, support the development and deployment of AI-based automation solutions, collaborating primarily with international teams of engineers, consultants, scientists, and designers
