Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate closely with key stakeholders in Design, Product Management, and Product Engineering throughout the product development cycle to support design reviews and compliance testing
  • Collaborate with the Testing Lead for on-time completion of deliverables in alignment with set expectations
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure accessibility recommendations are implemented appropriately
  • Report and track accessibility defects and ensure timely closure
  • Participate in creating and maintaining process documentation in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Suggest process improvement ideas, provide feedback on testing tools, applications, and processes
  • Contribute to the success of organizational initiatives
  • Seek and share candid feedback
  • Lead by example in creating a positive, supportive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and respectful discussion
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge in the field of inclusive design
  • Work on next-generation e-commerce products, services, and solutions for Walmart customers and associates
  • Review digital products for inclusivity and test for accessibility compliance with WCAG
