- Skills in architecting complex AI/ML systems ensuring robustness, responsible-AI, and scalability
- Experience providing hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and machine learning engineers
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, product managers)
- Proficiency in establishing and enforcing coding standards through code reviews
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers to design, architect, build AI/ML models and systems, deploy, operate, and optimize solutions
- Work in an Agile practice in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Design end-to-end system architecture for GenAI/AI/ML and data-intensive applications
- Construct multi-agent intelligent workflows that translate natural language inputs into complex, goal-directed task sequences
- Mentor team of data scientists to develop their skills and business understanding
- Develop and deploy production-grade real-time/batch machine learning services
- Work with product managers to design user journeys, feedback loops, and analyze user telemetry
- Identify or propose AI/ML use-cases to business teams to improve processes and develop quick MVPs/POCs for better decision-making
- Uphold a set of coding standards through code reviews
- Shape technical direction of products and systems, aligning with business goals, scalability, robustness, and responsible-AI needs
