Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI or machine learning testing. Responsibilities

The AI Test Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive AI testing strategies and plans, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and developers to understand AI model requirements and project goals. They will design, develop, and execute test cases for AI systems and models, ensuring accuracy, bias detection, and robustness of AI models across various stages of the development lifecycle. Additionally, the AI Test Lead will evaluate the performance of AI models, perform manual and automated testing, and validate AI model predictions to meet business requirements and ensure the highest quality standards for AI-driven solutions.
