Responsibilities
- Ondersteuning bij persoonlijke verzorging: wassen, aankleden en ondersteuning bij eten en drinken
- Stimuleren van de eigen regie van de cliënt en afstemmen van zorg op maat
- Opbouwen van een vertrouwensband met cliënten die moeite hebben om hun behoeften te uiten, herkennen van signalen en ingaan op emotionele en praktische behoeftes
- Handelingen zoals medicatie uitreiken en toedienen (na module Helpende +)
- Meten van vitale functies (temperatuur, bloeddruk, hartslag) (na module Helpende +)
- Begeleiden van cliënten met (licht) verstandelijke beperking of NAH, waarbij de zorgvraag verdiept wordt (na module Helpende +)
