Requirements

  • Keen gamer with broad exposure to different game genres and platforms (PC, console, mobile), able to form and express personal insights into gameplay
  • Strong passion for game design and publishing, with curiosity to think from both player experience and game design perspectives
  • Basic data analysis skills to support design insights with evidence
  • Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn and share

Responsibilities

  • Support partnered development studios by assisting with project follow-ups and design discussions
  • Play and analyze a wide range of games across different genres and platforms, and share structured insights and observations
  • Conduct competitor research and basic game tear-downs based on team needs
  • Assist with collecting and organizing data, and conduct basic data analysis to support design evaluations
  • Help draft, edit, and implement game design documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for on-site or online studio work when required
