Position Overview

As a Developer on the IZZI team, you will work closely with technical leaders and multidisciplinary collaborators to build scalable, high-performance solutions for one of Mexico's leading service providers. This is an opportunity to develop in a hybrid environment that combines backend and frontend development, with strong mentorship and collaboration alongside colleagues from Orium and Gluo.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend experiences using JavaScript (experience with Vue is valued).
• Integrate RESTful services into client-side applications.
• Develop backend solutions using Spring Framework (Spring Boot and Spring Data).
• Collaborate with peers and technical leaders to ensure high-quality architecture and implementation.
• Maintain version control and clean code best practices using Git.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases as needed.
• Participate in code reviews, team planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to a culture of shared learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge in frontend development with JavaScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs from JavaScript-based applications.
• Experience in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git.
• Experience in relational and/or non-relational databases (depending on the profile).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and self-management capabilities.
• Active listening and openness to feedback.
• Great attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Collaborative and team-oriented work ethic.
