Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience, along with 6+ months of demonstrated customer service experience. They should also have excellent customer service skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels, as well as the ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

The Full Time Teller will engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; handling cash and maintaining accurate cash drawer balances; adhering to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols; recognizing opportunities and cross-selling bank products to deepen customer relationships; engaging customers and leveraging digital tools to educate them on self-service options; assisting with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks; maintaining a clean and organized work area; and potentially supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity.
