Preference given to candidates with international experience
Fluent in Korean conversation and able to use it as a teaching language
Ability to communicate in Chinese on a daily basis
Passion for the education industry and a genuine interest in working with children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Conduct business requirement research and identify customer needs and issues
Collaborate with marketing partners to develop and expand customer channels and increase lead generation
Develop rational student recruitment plans and design targeted activities and recruitment tools at various times
Lead the planning, execution, and review of student recruitment activities at each branch, taking responsibility for recruitment results
Build efficient operational SOP processes, identify key points, and continuously refine and improve based on experience
Responsible for 1:1 diagnostic lessons, short-term classes, long-term classes, learning counseling, and parent services for assigned product lines
