Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. They must be eligible to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB), and possess or be actively pursuing RBT training. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with Autism, is preferred.
The Full Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) will work one-on-one with children with Autism to implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), utilizing science-based teaching procedures. They will collect data, provide feedback, create engaging learning environments, and assist in the acquisition of new skills. Additionally, they will participate in ongoing training, contribute to clinical research, and potentially present findings, all while adhering to the company’s cancellation pay policy and engaging in project and leadership opportunities.
