Responsibilities

  • Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP subscription documents for new fundraises and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate acceptance
  • Serving as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries
  • Recording and maintaining investor records in systems and populating LP reference data
  • Monitoring Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validating requests to ensure authenticity and security, and coordinating across teams to address and respond to investors in a timely manner
  • Coordinate responses to certain investor inquiries with Partners, Management and Investment teams as well as Global ICS
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure investor-facing documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm standards, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality communication to stakeholders
  • Assist the Publishing team with posting all LP communications—including capital call notices, distribution notices, quarterly PCAPs, and financial statements—to Blackstone’s investor portal, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP transfer requests and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate execution
  • Recording approved transfer records in systems and populating and maintaining investor reference data
  • Establishing fundraising data room, maintaining access and permissions for authorized parties, and posting marketing materials
  • Determining LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles
  • Working across Blackstone business units to ensure consistent and best practices are applied to the Investor Services functions
