Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Science or related field with 2+ years’ experience in Laboratory/Diagnostic instrumentation or related field, or Diploma with 3+ years of experience
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with heavy emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory Environment including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, IQMH, EQAS)
  • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to deliver professional presentations and user training
  • Ability to travel Monday – Friday 70% nationally (based on needs of the position) and ability to travel to and from the United States
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are fully prepared for analyzer verification and meeting milestones for established implementation timeline
  • Complete Verification studies on instrumentation including, but not limited to instrument set-up, calibration, precision, linearity studies, and method comparisons
  • Provide onsite training for accurate operation of instrumentation
  • Handle and support customer satisfaction to sustain the growth of the business
  • Work collaboratively across the business to build partnerships with the marketing, service, and sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Installation and support of instrumentation which may include Chemistry/Immunoassay platforms, Automations and Middleware, and others as determined by customer needs, to ensure the analyzers meet Beckman Coulter stated requirements in the customer laboratory environment
