Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Science or related field with 2+ years’ experience in Laboratory/Diagnostic instrumentation or related field, or Diploma with 3+ years of experience
Fluent in English spoken and written
Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with heavy emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory Environment including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, IQMH, EQAS)
Strong technical communication skills with the ability to deliver professional presentations and user training
Ability to travel Monday – Friday 70% nationally (based on needs of the position) and ability to travel to and from the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Ensure customers are fully prepared for analyzer verification and meeting milestones for established implementation timeline
Complete Verification studies on instrumentation including, but not limited to instrument set-up, calibration, precision, linearity studies, and method comparisons
Provide onsite training for accurate operation of instrumentation
Handle and support customer satisfaction to sustain the growth of the business
Work collaboratively across the business to build partnerships with the marketing, service, and sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Installation and support of instrumentation which may include Chemistry/Immunoassay platforms, Automations and Middleware, and others as determined by customer needs, to ensure the analyzers meet Beckman Coulter stated requirements in the customer laboratory environment
