Job Description

You will be integrated into the Customer Experience team, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics offering. Our areas of expertise include: expertise, AMOA, piloting, implementation, and CRM strategy. Our clients are major groups leading in their business sectors such as finance, real estate, insurance, etc., as well as large SMEs and mid-sized companies based throughout France. Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complete solutions tailored to client needs on Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Supervise a team of technical consultants: task planning, technical support, progress monitoring.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Draft and validate technical and functional specifications.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
  • Maintain technological watch to integrate best practices and innovations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders: project teams, business units, and clients.

Qualifications

Required Profile

  • Confirmed experience of 5 years or more in the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • In-depth mastery of recent versions of Dynamics 365 and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing).
  • Confirmed experience of 5 years or more in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and associated technologies.
  • Experience in system integration and use of tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • A functional or technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus.
  • Any experience with Azure is also a plus. For example: Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, Power BI (list not exhaustive).
