Candidates must possess a university degree in a life sciences field or a Registered Nursing certification, along with equivalent formal academic or vocational qualifications. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical research monitor is required, demonstrating knowledge, skills, and abilities comparable to this level. A valid driver's license is necessary. Essential skills include a solid understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA requirements, demonstrated knowledge of medical/therapeutic areas and terminology, and outstanding communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills. Fluency in both English and the local language (Portuguese) is mandatory.
The Clinical Research Associate will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, including conducting monitoring activities independently. They will work within multi-national project teams, focusing on delivering exemplary customer service on complex projects.
