Requirements

Ability to ski/snowboard (all on-mountain employees will be ride tested prior to first day)
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
Stamina for long, busy days on feet and lifting heavy objects like trash bags or pallets of stock
Strong teamwork skills, working with servers, bussers, bartenders, and cooks
Strong communication skills for proper restaurant flow and speedy food delivery
Knowledge of dining area setup to run food to proper tables when servers are unavailable

Responsibilities

Ensure food leaving the kitchen is correctly prepared according to the ticket
Verify plates are going to the right tables
Oversee finishing the plating
Act as direct line of communication between front and back of house
Run food to proper tables on busy days when servers are not available
Setup and clean up of the expo station
