- Handle Lead Umbrella and Excess Liability risks in manufacturing, contracting, retail service, and distribution

- Ordering and screening miscellaneous reports (e.g., Motor Vehicle reports, loss history reports, credit checks, outside inspections, loss control)
- Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external customers/coworkers
- Visiting agents, brokers, and producers to retain accounts, build relationships, and develop new opportunities
- Interpreting, explaining, and marketing products and services
- Administering and applying underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules, and insurance policies
