Estimator (Residential Construction) - EST Hours (Remote)

Responsibilities

The Residential Construction Estimator will be responsible for reviewing scopes submitted by the field team, finalizing them for submittal, identifying required repairs via photos and building/updating bid packages, preparing detailed line-item estimates, ensuring accurate and proper submissions and proposals by all subcontractors, maintaining matrix pricing database, collaborating with the field team to submit accurate bids on-time, transposing approved bids to client-specific software’s, revising bids per client revisions, creating change order estimates and submitting them to clients, and delegating tasks to offshore Project Administrators as needed.
