Responsibilities
- Receber treinamento e mentoria para completar tarefas e projetos que aperfeiçoem aprendizado e habilidades
- Engajar, conhecer e aprender sobre a área designada (Gestão de Projetos, Aftermarket ou Engenharia de Projetos)
- Participar e entregar projetos internos para resultados aos clientes (internos e externos) e identificar oportunidades de melhorias
- Aprender o Sistema Operacional interno (softwares e aplicativos) para desenvolver e entregar projetos e tarefas diárias
- Colaborar e conectar com diferentes times, estagiários e áreas da Baker Hughes para networking global
- Aplicar conceitos de HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio-Ambiente) em todas as situações
- Participar e engajar em grupos de integração para estagiários, voluntariado, Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão
- Na Gestão de Projetos: Entender o short plan com o Project Planner e garantir atividades planejadas em Engenharia, Planejamento, Manufatura, Montagem & Testes, Qualidade e Logística dentro das datas
- No Aftermarket: Auxiliar na coordenação de serviços de pós-venda, preparação de relatórios, elaboração de procedimentos, logística de materiais, requisições, embarques, acompanhamento de pagamentos com cliente e financeiro
- Na Engenharia de Projetos: Trabalhar em assuntos relacionados à área
