Responsibilities

As the EMEA Payroll Director, you will command the oversight of payroll operations across 45 countries and a dynamic team of over 80 professionals, ensuring commitment, leading and mentoring teams, maintaining vendor relationships, establishing SLAs, implementing internal controls, staying updated on industry trends, fostering collaboration, championing continuous improvement, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. You will also play a pivotal role in implementing a global payroll roadmap, supporting merger and acquisition activities, and interacting with senior customers and vendor partners.
