Senior System Software Engineer - GPU and SoC
NVIDIA- Full Time
- Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in operating system development with contributions to major OS projects such as Linux, QNX, RTOS, or AOSP. Deep expertise in kernel development, scheduling, memory management, and low-level systems programming is required, along with strong proficiency in C/C++ and assembly programming for embedded architectures. Experience with hardware-software co-design, including bootloaders, BSP development, and device drivers is necessary, as well as hands-on experience with debugging tools like JTAG, GDB, and logic analyzers. A strong understanding of security, sandboxing, and OS hardening techniques is also essential.
The Embedded OS Architect will architect and develop a custom embedded operating system optimized for AI-driven, real-time consumer applications. They will design and implement core OS components, including the kernel, device drivers, memory management, process scheduling, and inter-process communication. The architect will optimize system performance, power efficiency, and real-time responsiveness, while working closely with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration with custom silicon and peripherals. They will define and enforce security, reliability, and scalability best practices within the OS stack and drive OS bring-up on new hardware platforms, debugging low-level system issues. Additionally, they will evaluate and integrate open-source or proprietary OS components where applicable and collaborate with application developers to ensure smooth and efficient interaction between the OS and higher-level software stacks.
Telehealth platform connecting patients with doctors
Sesame Care connects patients with doctors and specialists through a telehealth platform, primarily serving clients in various states across the U.S. The platform allows patients to book online appointments for services like urgent care, prescription refills, dermatology, mental health, and general doctor visits. By enabling independent clinicians to use its platform, Sesame Care reduces overhead costs and offers competitive pricing, often lower than traditional healthcare providers. Additionally, Sesame partners with Quest Diagnostics to provide affordable lab services, creating a comprehensive healthcare solution. The company operates on a direct-pay model, where patients pay for services upfront, ensuring transparency and prompt payments for healthcare providers. Sesame Care's goal is to make healthcare more affordable and accessible, simplifying the process for patients to receive quality care.
