Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Trade school and/or other technical training preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of driving/shipping/receiving preferred
- Experience driving a forklift preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable driving record
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Experience using hand tools
- Attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Understanding of general shipping and receiving concepts
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles, including DOT truck, to deliver parts and other materials to customer sites and transport materials between warehouses
- Load and unload trucks
- Assist with all types of packaging, skid building and loading crates
- Ship and receive materials
- Move and organize inventory throughout storage locations
- Assist facilities manager and Proconex team in the preparation and cleanup of all corporate events
- Perform proper safety checks on regulators and other products after receiving proper training
- Assemble valves, regulators, and similar material in support of the Proconex sales organization
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures set forth by Proconex and meet all customer requirements
