Strong organizational, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or sit for extended periods.
The Document Warehouse Clerk will unpack, stage, locate, and retrieve documents from storage. This includes processing high volumes of financial documents, prepping them for scanning or filing, and meeting daily production expectations. The role requires reading handwritten file numbers and letters, identifying correct document locations, and maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to security policies, including device restrictions on the work floor.
