Responsibilities

  • Serve as a credible and trusted market subject matter expert.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to develop target market development and acceleration strategies.
  • Partner with individual Sales Representatives to develop effective selling strategies for new products.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the District Development Representative and Sales Representatives.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to support launch plans for new products.
  • Utilize product messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Collaborate with Medical Education to support educational programs (clinical training, webinars, conferences).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify, create, and foster new customer leads and relationships.
  • Conduct surgeon visits to understand their needs and address concerns.
  • Identify and develop sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
