Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in power system studies, modeling, and regulatory frameworks. Strong experience collaborating with utilities and a proven history of successfully managing complex interconnection projects for both load and generation are essential. Senior-level experience in ERCOT and other utility systems is required.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Interconnection, you will cultivate utility partnerships, drive interconnection strategy and execution, orchestrate interconnection processes, negotiate interconnection agreements, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and clear communication. You will also leverage a deep technical understanding of power system studies to facilitate efficient project milestones and support Crusoe’s mission.
