Drive AI transformation inside Forter, designing the AI & agents platform for internal and customer-facing solutions
Partner with leaders and teams across Forter to accelerate AI adoption & business impact
Lead and grow multiple engineering teams (~15 engineers), driving vision and strategy for internal analytics, ML, and AI infrastructure
Build and evolve high-scale, self-service platforms for research environments, model training, evaluation, and experimentation
Mentor and empower engineering managers, senior engineers, and future leaders
