Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee regulatory reporting for derivative transactions across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure Aviva Investors’ delegated reporting model fully supports clients’ obligations under UK and EU EMIR, as well as MAS requirements for Singapore-based trading activity
  • Support daily trade reporting processes and regularly review outputs at trade repositories to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a key representative for Aviva Investors, supporting engagement with industry bodies and forums on regulatory reporting matters
  • Stay abreast of external developments and ensure new and existing business adheres to evolving regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Business Risk, and internal stakeholders to meet governance requirements and support quarterly regulatory reporting forums
  • Make complex regulatory and operational decisions that impact clients, shareholders, and the wider organisation
