  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations
  • General understanding of the retirement market, client service, and implementation processes
  • Detailed understanding of Fidelity and its products and services preferred
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Ability to work well with internal partners
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and plan for such events
  • Proven problem-solving and client management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services
  • Document and coordinate conversion data from prior recordkeepers
  • Work with the client to develop a Conversion Strategy detailing how data will be converted to Fidelity
  • Coordinate the delivery of data from the Prior Recordkeeper
  • Review the data package for completeness
  • Follow up with Prior Recordkeepers until all expected data is received and all questions are resolved
  • Review data after transfer to ensure information transferred as expected
  • Produce reports to review with the client to ensure satisfaction with project outcome
  • Participate in the “deep dive” discovery process with the Client, Prior Recordkeeper, and Prior Trustee to collect all vital data
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client on data conversion and reconciliation
