3 - 5 years related work experience in data science or related field
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Azure) with experience deploying and managing data solutions in cloud environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of developing complex models and algorithms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals. Strong project management skills
