Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Good at SQL / Python programming
  • Good in Statistics and Probability
  • Good in Data Science Knowledge especially AI/ML, GenAI, NLP
  • Good at Data Visualization Tools
  • Knowledge of Data Engineering & Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Knowledge of HDD Manufacturing Processes and 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) is an advantage
  • Experience in Agile Scrum framework is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good team work spirit

Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models & AI Agents in WD Global Operations
  • Design and Develop Dashboard & Reporting Tools in WD Global Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Logistics etc) to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
  • Communicate findings & business values clearly thru models explainability and presentations
  • Clean, process, and transform raw data for analysis and modelling
  • Apply agile framework throughout project development lifecycle
  • Involve in R&D, innovative and continuous improvement data science activities
