Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist 3 at Asurion, you will utilize business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop strategy roadmaps for solving complex business problems. You will be responsible for applying analytic techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced data visualizations to improve Asurion’s customer experiences. You will experiment with generative LLMs to build new applications, design and iterate on GenAI prompts, and leverage deep understanding of machine learning techniques to invent novel approaches. You will deliver end-to-end AI features to production, provide data science updates to executive audiences, and work with stakeholders to identify new machine learning opportunities. Furthermore, you will define platform and operation improvement opportunities, develop data pipelines, and drive a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) test-and-learn approach, ultimately contributing to the development of reliable and scalable AI solutions and monitoring key performance indicators.
