Requirements

Candidates should have an undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or construction management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in quantitative data analysis and problem solving is required, preferably within the construction industry. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, along with experience using data visualization tools such as Quicksight, PowerBI, or Tableau. Familiarity with APIs for data ingestion from construction systems is also necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, as well as a passion for working with data to uncover insights.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will understand customer decisions and the data that impacts those decisions. They will analyze data structures from various construction systems and public data sources. The role involves setting up customer dashboards, reconfiguring business processes, and conducting sessions to understand customer data usage. Analysts will identify potential data sources to assist customers in decision-making, document data workflows and standards, and create pipeline documentation. Additionally, they will develop advanced analytics using Jupyter Notebook and Python, and gather customer feedback to identify new use cases for the product.
