  • Experienced, proactive, and value-driven individual
  • Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, with ability to learn latest technologies
  • Proactive, collaborative, with analytical rigor and constant knowledge expansion through cross-team collaboration
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, as security team is small
  • Understanding of data for decision making
  • Understanding of Google security controls (Google house)

Responsibilities

  • Operate and optimise security platforms including SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, and vulnerability management programme
  • Document SOPs for security incident identification and response
  • Horizon scan for threats to tech stack and suggest mitigation activity
  • Work with IT Operations and Security GRC to build and maintain actionable dashboards and reports for governance and risks leadership
  • Manage bug bounty programme, including analysing tickets and tracking remediation
  • Build a programme to prove and improve cyber readiness at Immersive using Immersive One platform
  • Coordinate and conduct security audits of new product features and deliver two internal penetration tests per year on Immersive One platform
  • Take ownership of security estate, working with IT Operations to secure end user estate and corporate assets
  • Manage vulnerability scans of internal infrastructure (Invicti) and prepare reports
  • Triage incidents, identify root causes, and provide technical expertise during incident management
  • Stress test applications to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to secure internal estate, Immersive One platform, and infrastructure
