Requirements
- Professional experience in Customer and Pricing Master Data area
- English (Italian – nice to have)
- Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce (must have)
- Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains new customer and commercial accounts and all relative attributes in SAP system and Salesforce, enabling quick and efficient execution of sales transactions
- Updates customer master and price master data in SAP, checks master data reports in accordance with compliance procedures, and carries out regular data cleansing and quality checks
- Aligns pricing hierarchies with pricing business processes for all franchises, including base price, promotions, discounts, freight, rebates
- Cooperates with other departments and reports problems to the regional unit if not possible to solve locally
- Participates in the data management process and activities related to updating/cleaning data
- Aligns customer hierarchies with business processes for all franchises, including buying groups, franchises, KA specific structures
- Acts as the first point of contact for inquiries/errors related to customer data
- Checks the correctness of documentation necessary for creating a new customer in the system
- Ensures data compliance with control requirements, internal processes, and compliance requirements
