Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience (up to 12 years preferred), with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role focusing on hands-on full-stack development

Must have: Java Full Stack Development
Strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend systems
Working knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular
Foundational understanding of AI integration
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns (e.g., REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message queues)
Familiarity with containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization
AI-first mindset for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions

Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Hands-on coding: Develop, test, and deploy applications in Java Spring Boot, Python (backend), and React/Angular (front-end)
Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures in partnership with senior architects, focusing on performance, maintainability, and multi-cloud integration
Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns (e.g., REST, GraphQL, Kafka)
Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, optimizing for portability, cost, and performance
Implement practical AI features (e.g., automation, basic analytics) using cloud-based AI services or frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools
Ensure performance and security through code reviews, testing, and best practices
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into implementations and provide mentorship
Stay updated on full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI advancements for innovative solutions
