Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language)
Proficiency in Python, including experience with at least one data frame library like pandas, polars, or pyspark
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with database management and data modeling
Experience building and testing ETL/ELT for large datasets in production environments (data skills)
Understanding of key AWS concepts in serverless computing and event-driven architecture, with experience in services: S3, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, Athena, Redshift, CloudWatch (good to have: AWS Architecture, AWS Glue)
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and experience building infrastructure using Terraform (TF)
Understanding of modern cloud engineering best practices: Git and version control, CI/CD

Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development
Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and maintainability
Design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Develop scalable, high-performing custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices
Ensure applications are optimized for performance, usability, robust, and scalable
