Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Development:
    • Design and manage a curriculum focused on AI concepts and off-the-shelf tooling, including:
      • Conceptual foundations of AI and machine learning (e.g., how generative models work, responsible AI best practices, what AI agents are, etc…).
      • Content around AI workflows, best practices, and limitations tailored to specific business functions (e.g., marketing, customer support, HR, finance, education, and product management)
      • Tools beyond ChatGPT—extending to function-specific assistants and tools.
