Requirements

Candidates should possess a University degree or equivalent experience in a science-related field, an understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA requirements, and at least two years’ experience in Interventional studies. Proficiency in English and knowledge of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology are also required.

Responsibilities

The CRA (Level I) FSP will apply root cause analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify site processes failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance and reduce risks. They will ensure data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF review, conduct physical inventory and records review, detail observations in reports and letters, advance observed deficiencies, participate in investigator payment processes, initiate clinical trial sites, ensure required documents are complete, and participate in investigator meetings. Additionally, they will contribute to the resolution of issues/findings, travel as needed, and maintain customer focus through effective communication and attention to detail.
