Responsibilities

The Contract Specialist/Sr Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing contractual aspects of clinical trials within an FSP environment. Key duties include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value and complex contracts such as Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs), ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and company policies. This role involves collaborating with internal teams (legal, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, sites, vendors) to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals. The specialist will monitor negotiation progress, maintain accurate contract records, provide guidance on contractual matters, and support the resolution of disputes. Additionally, they will participate in developing contract management strategies, ensure timely contract execution, stay updated on regulatory changes, and mentor junior contract specialists if applicable.
