Requirements
- Diplômé(e) école de commerce/ IEP / Master 2 en gestion ou en économie
- Expérience significative de 3 à 7 ans en Prix de Transfert, finance ou fiscalité acquise en cabinet ou en entreprise
- Dans l'idéal, double compétence alliant management des entreprises et droit fiscal ou économie
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (missions à plus de 50% en anglais)
- Maîtrise parfaite d'Excel
- Double culture serait un atout
Responsibilities
- Participation à la mise au point de la partie économique d'une documentation de prix de transfert : étude de marchés, recherche de sociétés comparables
- Analyse financière des comparables et des sociétés testées, calculs de ratios financiers, étude de rentabilité, étude du secteur et de la conjoncture
- Analyse des situations posées par les contrôles fiscaux et participation à l'élaboration d'argumentaires en défense
- Recherches documentaires en matière fiscale (jurisprudence, conventions fiscales, droit fiscal international)
- Participation à la rédaction de mémos et rapports de prix de transfert, sous un angle économique et/ou fiscal
- Assistance dans la valorisation de flux intragroupe complexes (produits financiers, cession d'actifs)
- Selon l'expérience, encadrement des équipes
