Responsibilities
The Community Manager will be responsible for gaining deep market understanding to identify user and moderator pain points, competitors, and opportunities. They will cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators, implementing a conversion funnel for onboarding creators and users. The role involves being a public face to build trust with local moderators, mediating conflicts, and driving solutions. Responsibilities also include iterating, innovating, and scaling the consumer growth playbook by identifying opportunities, proposing ideas, and persuading internal teams. The Community Manager will communicate insights to optimize the playbook, run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, set KPIs, and execute community initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams is expected.
