Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic with a genuine love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, alongside a passion for helping others achieve their goals and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Prior group fitness experience is a plus but not required, and they must be reliable, professional, comfortable on a microphone leading a fast-paced class with loud music, and possess a positive attitude and a willingness to build relationships within and outside the [solidcore] community.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines, providing personalized attention and accountability, and motivating clients of varying skill levels. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand, create a welcoming fitness space, and be available for a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week, six classes per week, and at least three holidays per year.
