Responsibilities

  • Build Temporal workflows that orchestrate multi-step AI operations: product attribution, copy generation, image generation, outfit creation
  • Develop backend services in Clojure that integrate with LLM APIs (GPT, Gemini, etc.), manage context and prompts, handle streaming responses, and process structured outputs
  • Design data models and PostgreSQL schemas that support complex AI workflows, vector embeddings, and integration with existing product catalog
  • Implement RAG pipelines using Qdrant for semantic search, similarity matching, and context retrieval to power smarter AI recommendations
  • Create MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and tool-calling architectures that let LLMs interact with systems, query data, and trigger actions
  • Build ClojureScript UIs for review workflows where humans validate, edit, and improve AI-generated content
  • Develop APIs and data pipelines that connect everything together, monitoring systems that track AI quality, and infrastructure that enables fast shipping
  • Work across the stack (backend-heavy) designing data models in PostgreSQL, building Temporal workflows, integrating with Qdrant for vector search and RAG, and creating ClojureScript interfaces for human audits
  • Own features end-to-end: from schema design to API implementation to review UI
