Requirements

Candidates should possess a life science degree and have proven experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar research role. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects, along with outstanding communication abilities for diverse team collaboration. The role requires the ability to determine priorities, implement project plans, and proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish. Knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organizational SOPs/WPDs is necessary, as are good computer skills in MS Office and clinical trial database systems.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Trial Coordinator will coordinate and complete functions for assigned trials, ensuring tasks are done on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This includes proactively communicating risks, providing system support, and maintaining current system databases. Responsibilities also involve performing administrative tasks such as processing documents, conducting eTMF reviews, distributing communications, and providing reports. The role includes analyzing and reconciling study metrics, assisting with site documentation clarifications, coordinating binder materials, and supporting translation efforts. Maintaining knowledge of SOPs and regulatory guidelines, scheduling meetings, tracking regulatory documents, and supporting the start-up team with regulatory submissions are also key duties. The coordinator will assist the project team with regulatory compliance review packages, coordinate with internal departments for site activation, and collaborate with teammates to meet project deadlines, communicating site issues and risks.
