Candidates should possess a life science degree and preferred proven experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar research role. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, outstanding communication skills for diverse team collaboration, and the ability to determine priorities and implement project plans are essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required, along with good computer skills in MS Office and the ability to master clinical trial database systems. A self-motivated attitude, positive outlook, and good social skills are also necessary.
The Clinical Trial Coordinator will coordinate, oversee, and complete functions for assigned trials according to the task matrix, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include proactively communicating risks, providing system support for Activate & eTMF, and ensuring system databases are current. Administrative tasks involve processing documents for the Client (e)TMF, performing (e)TMF reviews, distributing mailings, and providing documents/reports. The role also includes analyzing and reconciling study metrics, assisting with site documentation clarification, coordinating Investigator Site File and Pharmacy binder materials, supporting translation needs, and maintaining knowledge of SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Additional duties may involve scheduling meetings, reviewing regulatory documents, supporting study documentation maintenance, tracking vendors, supporting regulatory submissions, assisting with compliance review packages, and collaborating with internal departments and teammates to meet deadlines and address site issues.
