Responsibilities

  • Tackle technical challenges such as handling traffic spikes of millions of users in a short timeframe
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features with high quality
  • Conduct regular code and architecture reviews, and drive continuous improvement in development processes
  • Promote knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to maintain alignment on backend strategy
