Requirements
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record, and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen. A Doubles/Triples endorsement is preferred, and the ability to lift, push, or move product weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally is required.
Responsibilities
The CDL A Shuttle Truck Driver will safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods between Sysco facilities and shuttle yards, potentially delivering products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. They will also be responsible for unloading and delivering various products, monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation, developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
